This recent project in Loveland, Colorado, was completed by Jade Floors and involved a combination of carpeting and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installations. We installed 70 yards of plush Mesa Bella Bota carpeting, adding warmth and comfort to the space. In addition, 1,165 square feet of durable Coretec Venado Oak LVP was laid, providing a stylish yet practical flooring solution with a natural, rustic appearance.To ensure a smooth, seamless finish, we performed extensive level and patch work on the subfloor, addressing any imperfections and ensuring a stable foundation for the new flooring. The result is a beautifully balanced mix of soft carpeting and durable LVP that enhances both the aesthetics and functionality of the home.
