Jade Floors did an excellent job on our carpet and vinyl planking work. They communicated well upfront and were proactive about earning our business. The installers were wonderful and friendly. Jade Floors was very accommodating and time efficient. They saved us over $3,500 when we price compared their products to other name brand stores. With the 1 year service warranty, their service cannot be beat! I would recommend this company to anyone with carpet or flooring needs!

I like the way Jodi and Wade (Jade) do business and I would recommend them to anyone. They offer competitive prices on their flooring materials. Their installers are very professional and talented. They work quickly, respect your home and clean up after the project. Jodi and Wade are very knowledgeable, and very responsive to questions or issues before and after the installation. They also did a great job installing my sister’s floor a couple years ago. You can trust them to upgrade your home quickly at a fair price.

Jodi and Wade just helped us by installing carpets in our house. They did an amazing job–they were so responsive before the install and their crew was so hardworking and precise with their work. We love the new carpets and would highly recommend working with them.

JADE Floors did a great job refinishing our kitchen floor. A very competitive price and a great finished product. Jodi, Wade and the team were a pleasure to work with – responsive, friendly and professional. We had a tight schedule and they went the extra mile to fit us in. The floor looks better than when the house was new.

We hired Jade Floors, Inc. to refinish some existing wood floors as well as extend them into to other rooms and an entry way. The installation team that did the work did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with our floors. Jade’s price was very competitive, and the water based finish they used is supposed to be one of the best in the industry!

Great experience! Would definately use Jade Flooring again. We worked with them from out of state to have floors installed in one of our homes. Jodi worked with our schedule so we could fly to be there to choose the flooring and again when it was installed. They worked around their personal schedules to accomodate ours.
Everything was on time, on budget and the work completed as explained it would be.
The installation team of 5 men were all professional, courtious, experienced, and expedient. They did a great job cleaning up before leaving. Could not have asked for anything more! Would highly recommend Jade Flooring to others.

I can’t say enough positive things about our carpet buying and installation experience with Wade and Jodi! They were so very nice and answered my myriad questions and concerns promptly. The estimate/measuring/carpet buying portion was extremely easy and clear and the pricing was amazing. Our carpet is awesome! Armando and his crew worked with blinding speed and completed our approximately 1800 sq. ft job in about 6 hours. They were professional, courteous, and helpful in moving our furniture. There was one small mistake and that was taken care of the very next morning with no issues. We love our carpet!!
I’m very happy with my new hardwood floors. Wade and Jodi were friendly and eager to help. The workers were courteous and professional. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I’d hire them again.
Hard working installers but quality lacking. Carpet seams are visible. Wood filler used on hard wood floor refinishing has come loose. Small area that was tiled needed another contractor to remove/replace grout.

We are very sorry you have needed warranty work and wish you had made us aware of it instead of writing a bad review.You had emailed us one time right before Christmas when we were already closed for the holidays. In your email you said “for your info….” You did not ask us to contact you in any way. We did not contact you because you didn’t ask us for anything and for the following reasons:The wood filler coming loose is due to humidity / climate changes as stated in your contract. It is completely normal for all hardwood floors to expand and contract with climate changes and turning heat on and off. The carpet seams showing are due to the heavy thick carpet you purchased which we told you in advance would be the case.If there was a problem with the tile in the entry way you had one year to contact us under your warranty and did not need to have another guy do the work for you. You also waited 6 months to write this review when you could have called us the next day and we would have been right back over to grout for you.All our customers have a one-year workmanship warranty and had you communicated that you wanted us to come back we would have gladly scheduled our installers and it would have probably taken less than one hour. If customers read all our reviews all over the internet they will see that the biggest compliment we get is how we take care of our customers. We take pride in taking excellent care of customers but can’t take care of them if they don’t communicate.

Excellent help in choosing the right flooring for kitchen along with laundry and baths. Installation went well and we are very happy with our new floors.

From start to finish, working with Wade and Jodi at Jade floors was very positive. They were helpful in choosing the right product for our lower level of our split level ranch and their prices are competitive. Armando and his crew did a great job with the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. So, no complaints from us and only positive things to sayy.
Very Happy with the whole crew at Jade. They were on schedule, kept us informed of all the steps that would be required and what we should expect. The floors look great and they were able to install wood floors in our kitchen that match our living room wood floors. The living room floors had been in the house for many years and did not look good now they are awesome. Some minor damage to the base boards, where they stretched the carpet, and a little stain on the baseboards around the wood floors, but overall a very good experience. Thanks Wade, and crew!!
I would have liked to have had my floors refinished by you but after 3 unanswered emails and 1 phone call (when you told me to email you again) I’ve gotten no response to schedule a date. Frustrating. I guess I’ll find someone else who is a little hungrier.
Addendum: after writing this review it was made clear that emails were sent but not transmitted or received due to problems with email service provider. I have updated my review. I’m am unable to review quality.
I recently had my floors install through Jade Floors. They were able to get into my new house very quickly and put the majority of the floors in before I moved. I believe they subcontract the floor job out, but they did an excellent job. A couple weeks later they came in and finished the trim (The delay was the trim being on order); but there was a miscommunication about what was to be done with the molding. Once Jody and Wade heard my concerns, they were able to get the molding fixed without any fuss. I would recommend that if you go through Jade Floors, make sure you are very clear with what the installation expectations are, but Jody has been very communicative and they made sure everything got done in the end.
Wade and Jodi are wonderful to work with. Their install crew did a fabulous job and was kind and professional. Jade Floors provided excellent and timely communication, follow-up, and service. I will definitely use them again on my next flooring project.

We love our floors! Wade and his crew installed hardwood in our family room and hall and made sure it was skillfully woven in with the existing hardwood in our kitchen and entry. The result is beautiful. It is impossible to tell what was original and what is new. Wade, Jodi and every member of their crew was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and great at what they do.

This company installed new linoleum flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. The product looks fantastic and the installation was quick and comprehensive. They even added some trim in another area per my request. I appreciated the open communication throughout the process, and my minor issues were addressed before I was charged the remaining balance. I recommend them for any flooring installation!

Overall a good experience. Work was good, tile was a little different than we were expecting but they helped resolve the issues with it. Would recommend.
The floors are beautiful! Thanks to an entire crew of hardworking, customer service oriented folks….we have a gorgeous new white oak floor!
High Quality, Great Value and Super People! We called Jade Floors for an estimate and they came out to our home should us samples and gave us suggestions as to what might be best for our family of 4. Oh, we were looking at tiles and hardwood floors. We appreciate the non-sales approach and really just shooting it straight to us. Forget the homestores, we saved a ton here and we didn’t have to go anywhere 🙂

These guys were the best.
They refinished my hardwood floors in record time. Roughly 1 1/2 days. Of course every job is different but they were very thorough and professional and the price was just what I had expected.
They did an excellent job on our floors! Very thorough, very committed to getting things right.
This was the worst part of updating our house. A job that was suppose to take 3 days took 4 weeks. Even worse they were disrespectful of our house when weren’t there: leaving rugs outside in the rain, all the lights on in the house, and not cleaning up pieces of wood or floor staples (leaving us to find them with our bare feet).
If I could take back the money we already paid them and start over I would NEVER hire them again.

Sorry Lind Sey we do not have any customer in our data base with your name. You might be confusing us with another company who has a similar flooring name. We have never done a job that has taken us that long unless it was an exotic floor, also our installers are all 15+ year veteran installers who would never leave a job site like that. Thank you.

As a single woman I don’t like to be pushed into doing something that I don’t want to do, and Jade Floors was understanding to my pickyness and very comforting in showing me a variety of samples to sooth my mind. When we picked out the perfect floors for me they installed them exactly in the amount of time that Wade said that it would take. I will never use anyone else for my flooring needs. I reccomend them to anyone that wants to be a little more proud of their home. Thank You Wade and Jade Floors. Andrea
